How to Use It

The Formula Behind It
The monthly amortization uses the standard Excel formula =PMT(rate/12, years*12, -loan). For example, a ₱1,500,000 loan at 4.5% for 30 years gives about ₱7,600 a month.
What It Does Not Include
- Fire insurance and Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI)
- Other fees
- Rate changes after your fixed-rate period ends
Pag-IBIG computes the official amortization when you apply. You can also compare with our monthly amortization table.
