PAGIBIG agency encourages all employers to register and update their information. This offer is accessible by a virtual employer registration system that’s conveniently available at pagibigfund.gov.ph.

However, employers must ensure to the agency that all their employees are enrolled in the Funding program. This approach makes them capable of providing the RTN or MID in the Membership Contribution Remittance Form (MCRF) and loan amortization remittance statements.

The process of updating the employer or employer record is simple, like a member’s updating details. The major key distinction lies in filling up the employer updating form. 

Well, individual members utilize the Member Changes of Information Form (MCIF). Meanwhile, employers or associated representatives should utilize the Employer’s Changes of Information Form (ECIF).

  • Once you’re going to update the employer’s details, you can obtain this ECIF form from the official website or get its copy from the main branch.  (Above is Form given in PDF)
  • You should achieve the updated ECIF form from your accessible source (virtual or OTC).
  • Enter your Employer’s ID number of PAG IBIG in the upper right side of your form.
  • Now, you may choose the appropriate box corresponding to your updating request.
  • Then, enter your business/employer name and tax identification number (TIN) of the employer in the specified section of the form.
  • Fill up the relevant portion that you want to update. For instance, if you’re willing to alter the business from a sole proprietorship to a company, just fill out the “Change of Legal Personality” section.
  • Put your signatures in the “Certification” portion where your name is printed. Now, choose your position/designation and transaction date.
