3. Fill out the required information: You’ll be asked to provide personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Make sure to fill out all the required fields.
4. Submit your registration: After you’ve filled out all the necessary information, submit your registration. You’ll be provided with a Registration Tracking Number (RTN).
5. Get your MDF: After successfully registering, you should be able to view and print your MDF. It should contain your PAG-IBIG MID number and other personal information.
6. Check your email: You should receive an email confirming your registration. This email should also contain your PAG-IBIG MID number and a copy of your MDF.
7. Print your MDF: You can then print the MDF from the email or directly from the website for your records.

Next up, you have to let them know where you’re bringing home the bacon from. If you’re working for someone else, share your employer’s name, address, and contact number. If you’re a boss yourself, drop your business info instead.

Step 5: Tell Them Your Monthly Income:

Now, let Pag-IBIG know how much you’re making per month. Again, it’s very important to be honest with your monthly income if you try to lie to the staff; you’ll get caught. Your contribution amount is determined based on this, so don’t hold back.

Getting Pag IBIG MDF online

If you don’t want to make an effort by making your way to any of the branches of Pag IBIG to get the MDF Form and then fill it out, then the following steps are just for you.

Step 1: Open Your Browser:

First, open your web browser and go to the official website of the Pag-IBIG Fund at https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/PubReg/Starter_Page.aspx.

Step 2: Click on Continue:

On the homepage, you’ll see a “Continue” button. Click on it to proceed to the registration form.

Step 3: Provide your Information:

You’ll be directed to a page where you’ll need to provide your personal information. Enter your last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, and the captcha code. The captcha code is used to verify that you’re a human and not a robot.

Step 4: Click on Submit:

Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, click the “Submit” button. This will take you to the next section, where you’ll need to provide more personal information.

Step 5: Fill out the information:

Here, you’ll need to go through an extensive list of personal information, including your contact information, employment details, and other personal information. Make sure to accurately complete all the required fields.

Step 6: Review the information:

Once you’ve gone through all the tabs and filled out all the required information, go to the Summary tab. Here, you’ll be able to review all the information you’ve provided and make any necessary changes.

Step 7: Submit the Registration:

After reviewing your information, click on the “Submit Registration” button. This will submit your registration form to the Pag-IBIG Fund.

Step 8: Download the Form:

You’ll be redirected to the Successful Registration Page if your registration is successful. Here, you’ll see a “Print MDF” button. Click on it to download your Pag-IBIG Member’s Data Form.

Step 9: Use a Black Pen:

Once you’ve downloaded and printed the form, fill it out with a black ink pen. Make sure to fill out all the required fields, including your personal information, employment history, and signature.

Step 10: Attach a Photocopy of your ID:

After filling out the form, attach a photocopy of your valid ID and your latest payslip. If you’re self-employed, attach a copy of your latest income tax return (ITR).

Step 11: Submit the final Form:

Submit the completed Pag-IBIG MDF and the necessary attachments to any Pag-IBIG Fund branch near you. You may also submit the form online through the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Online Housing Loan Application System (OHLS).

Step 12: Wait:

After submitting your form, wait for a few days for the Pag-IBIG Fund to process your application. Once your membership application is approved, you’ll receive your Pag-IBIG Fund membership number, which you can use to access all the benefits and services of the Pag-IBIG Fund.

Your MDF should begin downloading automatically, but you should turn off the block pop-up setting.

Additionally, before submitting the blank MDF to a Pag-IBIG branch, you can print it out and complete the necessary information. Your data will be encoded, and you’ll receive a printed copy of your MDF.

How to Get Pag-IBIG MDF for New Members?

If you’re completely new to Pag IBIG and want to fill out an MDF form, then you can do it in two ways. Let’s take a look at each of the methods.

In Person:

So, you must apply for membership before you can get your Pag-IBIG number and MDF. This involves filling out an MDF form, which you can easily download online. 

Once you’ve completed your form, just take it to the nearest Pag-IBIG branch (or your employer’s branch if you’re currently employed) and submit it there.

A kind Pag-IBIG Fund representative will offer you a printout of your MDF and MID numbers once your application has been processed. It’s important to keep this printout somewhere safe because you may need it in the future.

Online:
