PAG IBIG Housing Loan Delayed Payment

PAG IBIG Housing Loan Delayed Payment

HDMF or PAG provides funds for housing and urban programs in the Philippines. The customers have affable packages with long and short-term repayments, multi-purpose, and affordable delay plans. The Filipino government is leading this company for the community’s convenience.

Penalty per day = 1/20 of 1% x Amount Due

PAG IBIG Housing Loan Delayed Payment

PAG customers have outstanding offers, including 5-30 years refunding terms and the lowest to most considerable interest charges. Likewise, PAG IBIG brings penalties upon your delayed payments. Sometimes, borrowers delay their repayments for a long while, and PAG has managed the penalties. These penalties are not for high prices. Thus, employers have to pay the low rates of their delayed penalty; 1/20 of the 1% rate per day of the total delayed days. This fine is for those users who have not paid the repayment within the due date. Once they face this penalty, they constantly pay their amortizations on the due date and time.

Penalty = Unpaid Amount × Penalty Rate × Number of Months Delayed

Where:

  • Unpaid Amount is the amount due that was not paid on time.
  • Penalty Rate is the monthly penalty rate as specified in your loan agreement (e.g., 1% per month).
  • Number of Months Delayed is the number of months the payment has been delayed.

For example, if the unpaid amount is ₱10,000, the penalty rate is 1% per month, and the payment is delayed by 2 months, the penalty would be calculated as follows:

Penalty=₱10,000×1%×2Penalty=₱10,000×1%×2

Penalty=₱10,000×0.01×2Penalty=₱10,000×0.01×2

Penalty=₱200Penalty=₱200

So, the total penalty for the delayed payment would be ₱200.

CHECK: PAG IBIG Housing Loan Payment Verification

Rather, it’s essential to keep track of instructions for your payments. You don’t have to delay or miss any single amortization. It’s necessary that you make a penalty-free and delaying-secure profile. Once you have created a healthy association with our IBIG team. If you reapply for the loan, our terms and conditions will check your past experience, whether it’s delayed payment free or not. You can enjoy our loan offer unlimitedly.

The Specific deadlines for Payment in PAG IBIG

PAG have categorized the employers’ loan payments. Likewise, there are various categories of repayments for employers. Some employers prefer the repayment method in which some of their salaries are deducted monthly. Other employers also contribute to refunding to the PAG other than salary share.

Although, HDMF has brought a Payment form for routine users with PAG membership. These members must follow the due schedule for amortization. This payment schedule is based on the member/business name’s first letter. Customers can pick their relevant due dates carefully.

Name; Business / MemberPAG IBIG Due Date
A to D10th – 14th day of every month
E to L15th – 19th day of every month
M to Q20th – 24th day of every month
R to Z, Numeral25th – at the end of every month

PAG IBIG agency has a legal and upgraded system to control loan payments. Sometimes, employers fail to amortize within the due date. In such circumstances, the agency itself prepared the penalty for delayed payments. Hence, PAG customers have to pay the cost of punishment for their interest package. This penalty amount is computed correctly from the PAG schedule of the due date to the current time when the customer is ready to pay the penalty.

As you know, the PAG company is more profitable for Housing loan requirements and provides an appropriate penalty cost of 1/10 of 1% per day. Whether there are various checks and balances for computing the payouts for the user’s superlative experience with us.

If customers have delayed their due date and not submitted their Payments, they must check this penalty computation for appropriate payments;

Penalty Plan:

 Penalty per day= 1/10 of 1% x Amount Due

Suppose:

The customer’s monthly Amortization is = PHP 6,000

Payment of 1 delayed day

Payment of 30 delayed days

Calculation with the sample:

Per day Penalty = 1/10 of 1% x 6,000

= 0.1 of 60

=Per day PHP 6

Delayed penalty Computation for one month (30 days):

= 6 x 30

= 30 days PHP 180

Delayed Payment further Options

Though, the delayed payment forfeit is 1 / 10 of 1% for a single day over the due date. It would be best to examine the schedule and your salary plan. Then, go for picking your suited way for your repayments. Own-business community, self-employed and other members have the unbeatable option of delivering their loan payment monthly or quarterly. Likewise, they have to contribute within ten days of every month throughout the period.

Occasionally, customers have to pick up their acquired package with a repayment method. On the due date, they submit their funds at the exact time. But that Payment is not being received due to documentation errors. Most of the participants draw their flawed signatures or other documents. Thus, this inadequate data is not registered in the PAG IBIG database. It resulted in the failure of payments. You need to focus on your data and then accordingly upgrade your payments. This way, you may stay safe from penalties and delayed payments.

Eventually, the delayed Payment or per month penalty payments will worst your account health. Your payment schedule will be thoroughly distracted.

PAG IBIB Housing Loan has uncovered the whole guidance for your contribution, account details, and even delayed Payments guidelines. It’s your own demand how you can lead your account.

      1. Anong mangyayari nasa collecting agency ang housing loan ko because of delayed of 6 months. But I was able to pay 3 months. Then the remaining 3 month’s is di ko pa rin mabayaran, but monthly naman ako naguupdate ng bayad not nga Lang in full amount. Will they be able to cancel my CTS? The collecting agency kasi is demanding me in full amount.

  9. Good day hindi ako nakapaghulog ng bayad october 2023,november until now straight na po pagbayad ko kaso may balance ako isa pero kapag nagbabayad ako sinusubrahan ko po 5116 monthly ko po 5 months from october 5500 binabayad ko minsan 6000,makakaltas ba yan sa 5116 na monthly yung subra na binabayad ko?
